What We’re Looking For: We currently welcome submissions in the following categories:

Non-fiction – biography, memoir, history, social issues, and cultural commentary with a focus on African and Indigenous themes.

Historical Fiction – literary, historical, contemporary, mystery with a clear focus on African and Indigenous themes.

Academic dissertations

Children’s and Young Adult – middle grade and young adult historic fiction with strong narrative voice

Please Note - we do not accept poetry or manuscripts with extreme graphic or sexual violence.
