Submitting a Proposal for Consideration

A strong proposal is your opportunity to present the vision, value, and potential of your work—and to introduce yourself as a credible and compelling author.

We are particularly interested in proposals that demonstrate:

Originality and Relevance: A clear and engaging concept that offers new insight, timely relevance, or fills a unique niche in the market.
Authorial Expertise: A demonstration of your authority, experience, or passion for the subject matter.
Audience Awareness: A defined target audience and a thoughtful explanation of why your book will appeal to them.
Market Potential: An understanding of comparable titles and a rationale for how your book stands out.
Structural Clarity: A clear outline or sample chapters that showcase your writing style, tone, and organization.

Your proposal should include:

Cover Letter – A brief, personalized note introducing yourself and your projec.
Project Overview – A concise summary of the book’s premise, purpose, and significance.
Target Audience – Describe who the book is for and why they’ll be drawn to it.
Author Bio – Highlight your qualifications, previous publications, or personal connection to the subject.
Marketing and Promotion Ideas – Your ideas for reaching readers, including your platform and network.
Competitive Title Analysis – A comparison of 3–5 similar books, with explanation of how yours is different or better.
Chapter Outline or Table of Contents – A list of proposed chapters with brief summaries.
Sample Chapters – One to three chapters that represent the voice and structure of the work.
Projected Timeline – When you anticipate completing the manuscript, if not already finished.
